Product Information
Nanochemazone provides bismuth-based concentrates. The preparation of bismuth concentrates usually involves removing water from the bismuth solution. Nanochemazone specializes in the production of high purity bismuth concentrates with minimum average grain sizes for the preparation of pressed and bonded sputtering targets, as well as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), and other processes. Metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Bismuth concentrate is similar to a powder in that it is composed of tiny, dry particles of pure material. Concentrates are also useful in any application that requires a high surface area, such as water treatment, fuel cells and solar energy applications. Nanoparticles can also produce very high surface areas. Our standard concentrated particle sizes average -325 mesh, -100 mesh, 10-50 micron and submicron (< 1 micron). We can also provide many nanoscale materials. We also produce bismuth rods, ingots, tablets, pills, plates, pellets, wires, and in compound forms such as oxides. Other shapes are available upon request. Bismuth concentrate is good for transportation because it reduces weight and volume. The solution can be reproduced by adding solvents as it is used.

Packing of Bismuth Concentrate
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.

Bismuth Concentrate is generally immediately available in most volumes.
