Product Information
A bismuth coil is formed by a wire wrapped around an iron core, forming a coiled spiral pattern. Nanochemazone specializes in the production of high purity uniform shape bismuth coils with the highest density for semiconductors, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Coils are wound wire structures of different thicknesses and lengths. Metal coils can be customized in size with strict tolerances and alpha values (conductive resistance) for gas detection and temperature measurement tolerances (see also nanoparticles). Please contact us to manufacture custom coil alloys and specifications. Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. Nanochemazone specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. Nanochemazone lso casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, and other mechanical shapes, and in solution and organ metrics through other processes such as nanoparticles. Packing of Bismuth Coil
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.

Bismuth Coil is generally immediately available in most volumes.
