Production Description
Monosodium Phosphate, Colorless columnar crystals, odorless, slightly deliquescent, relative density 2.04, melting point 60℃, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, soluble in crystal water to form monohydrate when heated below 100℃ and lose crystals when heated to 100℃ Water becomes anhydrous and becomes sodium metaphosphate if it continues to be heated.

APPLICATIONS:
Monosodium Phosphate (MSP) is used as an acidity regulator in food processing such as brewing and dairy products; used as a binding agent and stabilizer in meat products.
Food industry: used for dairy food, meat food beverage, candy, seasoning food, etc
Pharmaceutical manufacturing: health food, base materials, fillers, biological drugs, pharmaceutical raw materials, etc.
PACKING:
It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25 Kg
SHELF LIFE:
24 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions.
STORAGE & TRANSPORATION:
The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse. Keep safety of the packaging in the transportation. Shipper as non-dangerous goods.
