Production Description
Disodium phosphate, white crystal, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, its aqueous solution is weakly alkaline, easy to weather in the air; anhydrous is white powder, easy to deliquesce; both are easily soluble in water, the aqueous solution is weak Alkaline, insoluble in alcohol.

Application area:
Disodium phosphate is used as a bakery product in food to prevent oxidation and discoloration. It is an emulsifier for dairy products to prevent protein coagulation. Solid beverages have chelating and emulsifying buffering effects.

18 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions.
STORAGE & TRANSPORATION:
It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, kept away from water and moisture. Unload with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
