halogen-free conductive silver paste is a silver-gray high-performance halogen-free conductive ink. This material is suitable for screen printing. It has excellent printability, moderate baking temperature, good bending performance, adhesion and conductivity.

Recommended Using Process:

Substrate: PET or PC.

Operating temperature: about 25 ℃ is recommended.

Screen: 200~300 mesh polyester screen or stainless-steel screen printing.

Diluent: special thinner provided by our company shall be fully mixed before use.

Hardening conditions (recommended): drying temperature 145 ℃~150 ℃, drying time 40~90min.

Cleaning agent: butyl acetate, cyclohexanone
