The Metallic Ore Dressing Agent is an advanced, environmentally friendly gold leaching reagent developed as a safer and highly efficient alternative to traditional sodium cyanide for precious metal extraction. Engineered for the recovery of gold and silver from a wide range of ore materials, this innovative dressing agent delivers excellent leaching performance, faster recovery rates, and reduced operational risks while maintaining compatibility with conventional gold beneficiation processes.

This gray-white powder or granular reagent is specially formulated for use in heap leaching, pool leaching, carbon slurry processing, CIP, and CIL systems. It is suitable for processing oxidized gold ore, sulfide gold ore, quartz vein-hosted ores, polymetallic ores, carbonaceous ores, cyanide tailings, roasted gold concentrates, sulfuric acid slag, lead-zinc slag, anode mud, and other gold-bearing materials.

Composition

Contains sodium oxide, iron, sulfur compounds, ammonium ions, chloride ions, and proprietary additives.

Usage Instructions

Heap & Pool Leaching

Prepare a 0.03–0.1% solution using clean water for spraying or immersion treatment.

Agitation Leaching

  • Use a 10–15% concentrated solution, or
  • Add the solid reagent directly into the agitation tank

Maintain a working slurry concentration of 0.03–0.1%.

Operating Procedure

  1. Adjust ore alkalinity using lime or alkaline agents to maintain pH 11–12.
  2. Prepare the leaching solution according to metallurgical testing results.
  3. Monitor reagent concentration regularly and replenish as required.
  4. Optimize dosage based on ore composition, pH, and recovery targets.

The depleted solution can be recycled, and gold recovery may be achieved using activated carbon, zinc powder, zinc wire, or resin adsorption methods.
