    Yttrium Orthoaluminate Description

    Yttrium Aluminate Nanopowder nanodots or nanopowder are typically 50 nanometers (nm) with specific surface area (SSA) in the 16.7 m2/g range. Yttrium Aluminate Nanopowder are also available in Ultra high purity and high purity and coated and dispersed forms.
