Application of silicon carbide nanoparticle:

1.Sintered powder

β-Sicin advanced structural ceramics, functional ceramics and advanced refractory market have very broad application prospects. The sintered compactness of β-Sic ceramics plays a very good role, thereby improving the toughness and strength of the overall performance of silicon carbide ceramics. Adding β-Sic boron carbide ceramic products can improve the toughness of the products, while reducing the sintering temperature, thereby improving the performance of boron carbide.

2. electronic Materials

As a semiconductor material, it has good wear resistance and high temperature performance. High-purity β-Sic can be made from single-crystal silicon carbide wafers. Its excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity make it an advantage to replace advanced silicon and polysilicon electronic products in the military, aerospace, and electronics industries. 5. High-grade special additives

Polymer composite materials and metal materials added with β-Sic can greatly increase their thermal conductivity, reduce expansion coefficient, and improve wear resistance, etc. However, because the proportion of β-Sic is small, it does not affect the weight of the material structure. After adding ultra-fine β-Sic powder, high-strength nylon materials, special engineering plastic polyether ether ketone (PEEK), rubber tires, lubricants, etc. are compressed, and its performance is very obvious.

6. C powder additives

After adding β-Sic to copier C powder, the fluidity and adhesion will be significantly improved, and the addition amount is generally about 5% to achieve good results
