The powder is based on the Co-08 powder, and the tungsten and carbon content of the powder is increased, thereby increasing its high temperature red hardness and wear resistance of wear-resistant materials. The surfacing layer has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance, can still be used normally when it reaches 800℃, and can be machined. The powder is an improved powder with rare earth niobium trace elements added to refine the crystal grains and reduce the crack sensitivity of the welding layer. The inherent nitrogen-fixing properties of niobium make the powder suitable for surfacing welding of 21-4N valves.

Main Uses and Processes:

It is recommended for surfacing welding of the exhaust valve cone surface of internal combustion engines. Suitable for plasma spray welding process
