Properties:

White or slightly yellow solid at ambient temperature, it turns into liquid with slight ammonia
smell when heated, soluble in kinds of organic solvents, not soluble in water.
It is organic basicity compounds and can produce salts reacting with acid and will react with
carbon dioxide if exposed in air.

Usage:

1. Non-ionic surfactants can be synthesized with ethylene oxide and propane oxide.

2. Used as asphalt emulsifier.

3. As a mineral flotation agent, the unique effect of oil in phosphate ore flotation.

4. It can also be used as a chain lubricant in the lubricating oil additive industry.

5. In the pigment industry, it is usually used as a pigment dispersant.
