Production Description
Our food-grade Agar Agar powder is a refined hydrocolloid derived from Gracillariid or Gonidium seaweed. It forms strong, thermo-reversible gels at low concentrations, with a setting temperature around 35–40°C and melting point around 85–90°C. It is a clean-label, vegan, non-GMO ingredient suitable for halal, kosher, and vegetarian products. This versatile additive functions as a gelling agent, thickener, stabilizer, and emulsifier across a wide range of food categories. Supplied in fine powder form, it is easy to dissolve in boiling water and compatible with sugar, acids, and flavoring systems.
