1. Edible spices. It is mainly used to prepare various kinds of melon and fruit and peppermint flavouring.
2. Cis-3-hexenol has a fragrance similar to is pentyl alcohol and is used for making advanced flavoring;
Trans-3-hexenol has a strong straw fragrance in a very thin and aromatic state and is used in the production of special fragrances.
3. Cis-3-hexenol, also known as leaf alcohol, is not only used in the daily chemical flavour with floral green flavour,
also used in the food flavour with fruit flavour and mint flavour can be used to activate the fragrance
of flowers, fruit flavour and mint flavour in the daily chemical and food flavour.
