Product Information

Hafnium nitride powder is a gray powder with a cubic crystal structure. Melting point 3310℃, microhardness 16GPa. It is stable, but is easily corroded by aqua regia, concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The reaction is directly generated by hafnium and nitrogen at 900 ° C and is an important component of refractory compounds in hafnium alloys.

In most volumes, Hafnium nitride is usually available immediately. High purity, submicron and nano powder forms can be considered. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
