Glyoxal 40% is a clear to yellow aqueous solution of glyoxal, offering a reactive dialdehyde suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It is especially valued for its lower formaldehyde emissions and superior film flexibility in coating formulations. Glyoxal 40% is commonly used to produce glycoluril-based amino crosslinking resins, which are applied in powder coatings, and liquid can and coil coatings.
