DESCRIPTION

Polypropylene resin is one of the most dynamic resins available today.  There are three types of polypropylene resin; Homopolymer, Random Copolymer, and Impact Copolymer.  Polypropylene resin can be used in a wide range of products and applications; blow moulding (bottles and makeup containers), non-woven (band aids and diapers), extrusion (rope and carpet), and Injection moulding (cups and housewares).

1.Properties: Polypropylene granule has the advantages of excellent comprehensive properties, good chemical stability, good shape processing performance and relatively low cost. It can adapt to wider range of application requirements through modifying, copolymerization, grafting, blending, reinforced filling, transparency, filling, weather resistance.

  1. Application of virgin PP polypropylene

1). Injection: valve, fittings, crates, automotive, closure, appliances, kettles, food containers, housewares, toys, non-prefilled syringe.

2).  Extrusion: thick sheet, sheet, pipe, straw, strapping, Stationery sheet, BOPP Film, band.

3). Blow Moulding: bottles.

4). Thermoforming: tray, bowl, jelly cup, water cups.

5). Flat yarn: woven bag, jumbo bag, carpet.

6). Fiber: multifilament, carpet, Spun bond, non-woven.

7). Film: Cast film (CPP), Blown film (IPP).
