Product Application

PEG 400, soluble in mineral oil, plant oil and dispersed in water, it can be used as a W/O emulsifier, solubilizer, kerosene emulsifiers and industrial lubricants. PEG600 is soluble in water with good performance of washing, emulsification, and lubrication. It can be used as O/W emulsifier in cosmetics, as a levelling agent, dispersant, softener for textile, lubricant for metal processing; used as emulsifier in pesticides; and used for pickling of water-soluble painting and printed circuit boards.

LAE-4 and LAE-9, soluble in alcohol and oleate, dispersed in water, and stable in medium acid, alkali liquor and multi-electrolyte, has good property of emulsification, lubrication, solubilizing, dispersity and plasticity. It can be used as emulsifier, solubilizer and dispersing agent in pharmaceutical industry; as emulsifier, solubilizer for aromatic oil in spice industry; as emulsifier and cleanser in cosmetics; and as emulsifier and lubricant in pesticide.

SG-6

1.It is dispersed in water and has good flexibility and lubrication.
2.As one of the ingredients of chemical fibre spinning oil in synthetic fibre industry, it is used as softener in the fibre processing with excellent anti-static and lubrication. Besides, it can be used as softener in the knitting process of textile to decrease decollation and improve the textile feel.
3.Used as emulsifier in cosmetics with the usage of 1~3%.
4.Used as co-emulsifier in the emulsification of paraffin and emulsifier in the manufacture of lubricating oil.

EO-6

1.It is dispersed in water, soluble in various solvents like hot ethanol, hot oil, benzene and dimethylbenzene, and widely used as w/o emulsifier.

2.As one of the ingredients of lubricating agent ( mineral oil, fatty oil and oil-soluble emulsifier of solvents) in textile industry, it is used as anti-static in the textile processing and synthetic fibre manufacturing with good compatibility.

3.Used as softener and lubricant in leather.

4.Used as emulsifier in ink manufacturing, it can speed up the emulsification of pigment grease when making ink. Besides, it is easy for kneading and squeezing to improve the gloss and liquidity of the finished ink.

5.Used as emulsifier of cutting oil, emulsifier and dispersing agent of metal cleanser and cleaning solvent in metal processing.

6.Used as emulsifier in pesticide.
