Cerium Oxide, Yttria-doped Nanopowder or Nanoparticles, nanodots or nanocrystals are spherical or faceted high surface area oxide magnetic nanostructure particles. Nanoscale Yttria-doped Cerium Oxide Particles are typically 20-80 nanometers (nm) with specific surface area (SSA) in the 15 – 50 m2/g range and also available with an average particle size of 100 nm range with a specific surface area of approximately 5 – 10 m2/g.
Application:
Cerium Oxide Yttria doped Nanoparticles: Reacts with creatinine to form various complexes such as [Pt4(creat)2Cl14]7- and [Pt4(creat)6]2- with applications in semiconductors, catalysis, mixed oxidation state studies, and electron conductivity.

Zirconia is a precursor to the electroceramic lead zirconate titanate (PZT), which is a high-K dielectric, which is found in myriad components.
