Product Description
White powder. The density is 1.32. A little bitter, flammability, almost no poison. Soluble in alcohol, diethyl ether, acetone, cyclohexanone, tetrohydrofuran, partly soluble in all PVC plasticizers, insoluble in water and CS2. Soluble in alkali solutions and precipitation from acid solutions.
Applications
Medium-speed vulcanization accelerator. Its critical temperature is 80°C, it must be avoid of early sulfurization when mixed. The activation is higher when the temperature is more than 100C.
Used in latex products, cables and general industrial products. Its finished products have the advantage of tough, tensile and durable. but can change the color on the effect of light.
It is mainly used for natural rubber, neoprene latex products and natural rubber latex, can also be used for making tire repair glue, wire and cable, industrial products, etc.
