Product Information
Nanochemazone specializes in the production of high-purity calcium particles with minimum average grain size for the preparation of pressing and bonding sputtering targets, as well as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), and other processes. Metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Metal pellet powders are used in a variety of applications, including additives in paints and other coatings, additives in solid fuels and cement, pigments in printing and packaging, and dietary supplements in food processing. Current trends in particle use or development include the commercialization of technologies such as rapid solidification and metal injection molding and the production of dense powder metallurgy products. Calcium particles can also be used as nanoparticles. Our standard powder sizes average -325 mesh, -100 mesh, 10-50 micron and submicron (< 1 micron). We can also provide many nanoscale materials.

Packing of Calcium Particles
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.

Calcium Particles is generally immediately available in most volumes. Nanochemazone produces many standard grades when applicable, including Mil Spec (military grade); ACS, Reagent and Technical Grade; Food, Agricultural, and Pharmaceutical Grade; Optical Grade, USP and EP/BP (European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia) and follows applicable ASTM testing standards.
