Calcium Copper Titanium Oxide Description

Calcium Copper Titanium Oxide is available as a 99.9 pure (metals basis) powder in batch quantities. This material has attracted considerable interest due to its extremely high dielectric constant (literature values reported between 10,000 and 100,000). CCTO has a cubic structure and no known phase changes down to very low temperatures. An additional advantage is that the material is lead-free. These features make CCTO a very attractive option for applications in microelectronics such as capacitors and memory devices. CCTO’s high dielectric constant also enhances the possibility of further miniaturization of components. Nanochemazone uses an in-house proprietary manufacturing process to produce batch quantities of consistently high-purity low micron or a nano-structured powder.
