Product Description

Antioxidant 5057 is a liquid hindered amine antioxidant, which not only maintains the excellent antioxidant properties of hindered amines, but also has liquid properties, low volatility and good compatibility. It has 100% activity without dilution during the addition process.

Antioxidant 5057 Antioxidant 1135 can play an excellent synergistic effect. It is especially suitable for the whole process of preparation and processing of polymers, elastomers, fibers, etc. For the stabilization of polyurethane soft cushion foam, it can effectively inhibit the formation of peroxides during storage and transportation and further prevent scorch during foaming.

In addition, when using soft foamed polyurethane in the automotive, furniture and textile industries, the low volatility will avoid Color stains on the fabric.

Product Features

RF is a two-component adhesive. After a certain proportion of RF is added to the adhesive, this mixed adhesive must be used within the operational period (pot life) which is influenced not only by its content of rubber, but also by other ingredients of the formulation (e.g. resins, antioxidants, solvents, and etc.). When the operating period is not used in time (usually delayed by a few hours or even one working day), the adhesive will become very thick and too viscous to use.
