Application of Fe2NiO4 powder:

  1. Successfully used in lithium ion battery anode material

With the miniaturization of microelectronic devices, people urgently demand the development of miniaturized lithium batteries or thin film lithium batteries that are matched with miniaturization. As the nanocrystalline nickel ferrites with spinel structure have excellent electrochemical performance, they meet the requirements of lithium battery anode materials. 

  1. Nickel ferrite is a kind of commonly used soft magnetic material, which can be used as magnetic head material, moment magnetic material, microwave absorbing material, and also as magneto strictive material, and can be widely used in the electronic industry. 
  2. Because of its advantages of high temperature resistance, high hardness, high strength, and good thermal stability, it is used as a ceramic material with excellent properties. 
  3. Can be used as a catalyst: It can decompose carbon dioxide into carbon and oxygen. The reaction formula is: CO2 (nickel ferric catalysis) === O2+C

Can be used for the production of fullerene production process catalysis.

  1. A magnetic anisotropic photo-Fenton catalyst that can be used to degrade organic contaminants. 
  2. Can be used for the carrier of visible light catalyst (nano-titanium dioxide), improve the photocatalytic efficiency of photocatalyst, and use its own magnetic properties to realize the smooth recovery of photocatalyst.

Storage conditions:

Fe2NiO4 should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
