Features
Light initiator (photoinitiator), also known as photosensitizer (photosensitizer) or light curing agent (photocuring agent), is a kind of chemical compounds which can absorb certain wavelengths of energy, produce free radical and cationic in the uv region (250 ~ 420 nm) or visible light area (400 ~ 800 nm) to initiation of monomer polymerization crosslinking curing.
Applications
UV144 is a hindered amine stabilizer with partially hindered phenolic antioxidant behaviour. The product can protect the coating from cracking and loss of light to a certain extent, thus significantly prolonging the service life of the paint film. It also inhibits resin yellowing caused by high temperature baking.
The light stabilizer can be added to the middle coating and cover lacquer in the double decker car paint. According to our experience, the light stabilizer is added to the upper layer of the coating to play an excellent protective effect.
For powder coatings, UV144 can play the role of friction charging of powder coatings, which can bring the following advantages:
Increase the rate of powder caoting in friction eletrostatic spraying and reducing the recovery of powder.
Increase the adhesion between the powder coating and the workpiece.
To improve the “cladding” to the workpiece in the praying.
