Product Information
The most common type of spring is the helical spring; However, a spring can be any elastic object that can store energy. Zinc springs are helical springs that can store and release mechanical energy, absorb shocks, or maintain forces between contact surfaces. Nanochemazone specializes in producing high purity homogeneous zinc springs with the highest density for semiconductors, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Zinc springs stores and release mechanical energy, absorbs shocks, and preserve forces between contact surfaces. Our standard metal springs range in size from 0.75 mm to 1 mm to 2 mm diameter with strict tolerances and alpha values (conductive resistance) for uses such as gas detection and temperature measurement tolerances. Please contact us for custom spring alloys and specifications. Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. Nanochemazone specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. Nanochemazone also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, as well as other mechanical shapes and through other processes, such as nanoparticles, in solution and organometallic forms. Packing of Zinc Spring
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440-gallon liquid totes. A special package is available on request.
