Product Information
Nanochemazone specializes in the production of high purity homogeneous shaped thallium pellets with the highest density and smallest average grain size for semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Our standard slug sizes range from 1/8 “x 1/8” to 1/4 “x 1/4” and 3 mm diameter. We can also offer spheres beyond this range for ultra-high purity thin film applications such as fuel cells and solar layers. Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. Nanochemazone specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. Nanochemazone also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into the form of rods, rods or plates, as well as other mechanical shapes.
Nanochemazone is a professional supplier of thallium balls, and we also manufacture plates, balls, ingots, balls, sheets, powders, rods, threads, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.
Packing of Thallium Sphere
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.

Thallium Sphere is generally immediately available in most volumes. Nanochemazone produces many standard grades when applicable, including Mil Spec (military grade); ACS, Reagent and Technical Grade; Food, Agricultural, and Pharmaceutical Grade; Optical Grade, USP and EP/BP (European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia) and follows applicable ASTM testing standards.
