Product Information
Potassium bands can come in a variety of shapes, from flat strips to bangle-like structures. Potassium tape can be customized in length and thickness. Nanochemazone specializes in producing high purity uniform shape potassium strips with the highest density for semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. Straps can come in a variety of lengths, widths and shapes. Standard sizes range from 0.75 mm to 2 mm diameter with strict tolerances and alpha values (conductive resistance). Alloy tape and gauge sizes can be manufactured to custom specifications for commercial and research applications and new proprietary technologies. Nanochemazone casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, as well as other mechanical shapes and through other processes, such as nanoparticles, in the form of solutions and organ metrics. Other shapes are available upon request. Potassium strips can be used for a variety of purposes. The versatile shape of potassium belts makes them useful in a variety of applications.

Packing of Potassium Band
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
