Product Information

Nanochemazone specializes in seamless boron tubes in a variety of sizes, including round, rectangular, square and oval, with standard diameters from 0.02 to 6.0 inches and wall thicknesses from 0.003 to 0.500 inches. Tubing can be further machined into rings, gaskets, casings and jackets. Custom configurations are also available. Materials include most metals, including rare earth metals and other advanced materials. Tubes can also be produced from custom alloys for commercial and research applications and new proprietary technologies. Other shapes available include strips or plates, as well as custom mechanical shapes and forms through other processes such as nanoparticles and solutions and organometallic. Nanochemazone produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available.

Packing of Boron Tube

Standard Packing:

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.

Nanochemazone Boron Wafer is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
