Conductor paste is used to fabricate thick film conductors, forming interconnect lines, multilayer wiring, microstrip lines, welding zones, thick film resistance ends, thick film capacitance plates and low resistance values in thick film circuits.
They are all high temperature sintering type Paste. The products involved include a series of pastes for Al2O3/AlN substrate, including sintered silver paste, gold paste, silver palladium paste, silver platinum paste, resistance paste, conductive glue, medium paste, glass paste, gold powder, palladium powder, ruthenium dioxide powder, silver palladium alloy powder for wiring.
Conductor paste is used to fabricate thick film conductors, forming interconnect lines, multilayer wiring, microstrip lines, welding zones, thick film resistance ends, thick film capacitance plates and low resistance values in thick film circuits. The welding zone is used to weld or paste discrete components, devices and external leads, and sometimes to weld metal covers to achieve the encapsulation of the entire substrate. Thick film conductors have a variety of uses, and there is no one paste that meets all of these needs, so a variety of conductor pastes are used. The common requirements of conductor paste are high conductivity, strong adhesion, anti-aging, low cost and easy welding. The metals in common conductor pastes are gold or gold-platinum, palladium-gold, palladium-silver, platinum-silver and palladium-copper-silver.
