Ultrafine Tin Powder Application:
Tin powders are used in diamond tooling, powder metallurgy, electronics, radiation shielding diverse applications, markets, and technologies by virtue of their unique properties.
Typical applications may include pressed and sintered components, bearings and bushings, metallurgical alloying, chemical processes, friction parts, surface engineering, decorative, welding and brazing, etc.
Different grades application suggest:
- The coarse grades (NCZ-Sn99.5 200 mesh, 300 mesh) are used in chemical and metallurgical reactions.
- The intermediate grades (NCZ- Sn100, NCZ-Sn200) find their largest use when mixed with copper to produce P/M oil-impregnated bronze bearings.
- The finest grades (NCZ-Sn300, CNPC-Sn400,NCZ-Sn10-15) are generally used in diamond tools,plastics, solder pastes, and other non-compacting applications.
