Zinc Selenide Crystal Description

High purity zinc selenide is an IR optical semiconductor with a wide transmission wavelength range used in light-emitting diodes (LEDs), lasers, scintillators, and optical coatings.

Doped and undoped forms are available (dopants include chromium, tellurium, nickel, copper, and other elements), as well as lower purities and grades. Nanochemazone offers standard and custom dimensions of zinc selenide products depending on customer requirements.
