Nanochemazone specializes in the production of high purity homogeneous zinc blocks with the highest density and lowest average grain size for semiconductors, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and chemical vapor deposition (PVD) processes. Nanochemazone also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods, or sheets, as well as other mechanical shapes, and is cast in solution and organic metrology by other processes, such as nanoparticles. Nanochemazone produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagent and technical grade; Food, agricultural and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available.
