Tantalum nitride powder has the characteristics of high hardness, good wear resistance, good chemical inertness, good thermal stability and low resistance temperature coefficient. Tantalum nitride powder is a black powder with hexagonal crystal structure. Melting point 3090℃, microhardness 1100 kg/mm². It has excellent physical, chemical and mechanical properties.

Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
