Scandium oxide (Sc2O3) powder is a white powder with a cubic crystal structure, and is one of the most important scandium products. Due to some properties, Sc2O3 has a good application in aluminum alloy, electric light source, laser, catalyst, activator, ceramics, aerospace and so on.
