Product Information

Niobium oxide powder, molecular weight 265.81, white crystal, melting point 1460℃, relative density 4.47, relative dielectric constant 35-50, band gap 3.4eV. Yellow when heated to 400℃, soluble in hydrofluoric acid, hot sulfuric acid and alkali, insoluble in water is the most stable oxide.

Niobium oxide powder Nb2O5, also known as niobium pentoxide powder, is a white powder with a purity of 99.999%. Niobium oxide powder is mainly used in the production of high purity lithium niobate crystals and special optical glass auxiliaries.

Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
