The powder is the most widely used one among the high hardness Ni-Cr-B-Si self-fluxing alloy powders. It has excellent comprehensive properties, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, heat resistance, low stress abrasive wear resistance and good impact toughness. Low melting point, wide solid-liquid phase temperature range, strong wetting ability to various substrates and WC particles, etc., easy to operate.

Main Uses and Processes:

It is recommended to be used for wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant occasions below 750 ℃, such as the repair and pre-protection of oil pump plungers, shaft sleeves, wire drawing wheels, fan blades and other components. Suitable for flame spray welding, plasma spray welding and spraying, supersonic spraying and other processes.
