Preparation method of high sintering activity silver powder, S1. raw silver powder mixed with water to prepare a silver powder system, the silver powder system for circulation homogeneity dispersion, adding silver nitrate, dispersant and weak reducing agent, mixing evenly; S2. Heat the system in step S1 to 40-80℃ and add pH regulator to pH 8-13 for reduction reaction; S3. After the reaction is completed, the silver powder obtained is cleaned and separated to obtain the silver powder with high sintering activity. The silver powder is coated with nano-silver film on the core surface of the silver powder. The nano-silver film has a high specific surface area and improves the surface sintering of the silver powder, The activity reduces the sintering temperature of solar silver paste, and basically retains the physical and chemical properties of the core of silver powder.
