Product Information
Nanochemazone specializes in producing high purity bismuth discs with the highest density and smallest average grain size for semiconductors, chemical Vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) displays and optical applications. Our standard disc sizes range from 1 inch to 8 inches in diameter and from 2mm to 1/2 inch thick. We can also offer CDS beyond this range. Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. Nanochemazone specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. Nanochemazone also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, and other mechanical shapes, and in solution and organ metrics through other processes such as nanoparticles. We also produce bismuth rods, pellets, powders, sheets, pellets, ingots, wires, and in composite forms such as oxides. Other shapes are available upon request.

Packing of Bismuth Disc
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
Nanochemazone Bismuth Disc is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
Bismuth Disc is generally immediately available in most volumes. Nanochemazone produces many standard grades when applicable, including Mil Spec (military grade); ACS, Reagent and Technical Grade; Food, Agricultural, and Pharmaceutical Grade; Optical Grade, USP and EP/BP (European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia) and follows applicable ASTM testing standards.
